prosecution witnesses have been examined and the case

has been closed for argument.

In the light of the statement made by the counsel

for the petitioner, this application is disposed of directing

the trial court to dispose of the trial as early as possible, in

any case within one month from the date of receipt/

production of a copy of this order before the trial court.

Let this order be communicated to the court of

A.D.J. F.T.C.-I, Patna in connection with S. Tr. No. 1612

of 2008 arising out of Phulwarisarif P.S. Case No. 188 of

2007 through fax by the office of this Court.
