2/ 30.06.2011 Issue notice to respondent nos. 1 to 7 under ordinary

process for which Talbana must be filed within one week, failing

with this application shall stand rejected without further

reference to a Bench.

The petitioners will also take steps for serving a copy

of the brief through the counsels representing the defendants in

the learned court below by filing additional copies.

Put up this case at the top of the list soon after receipt

of service of notice.

Pending final hearing, further proceedings of T.S. No.

06 of 2008 pending in the court of Munsif, Bikramganj shall

remain stayed.
