Ransom if was really demanded that is

for a Cigarette, alleged stolen Motorcycle

recovered on third day near the bone factory and

petitioner is in jail custody for about six

months.

Thus, having regard to the facts and

circumstances of the case, let the above named

petitioner be released on bail on furnishing

bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with

two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya

in Civil Line P.S. Case No. 351/2010.
