appearance, notice be issued to him.

Requisites for notice under both means, ordinary

as well as by registered post with acknowledgement due must

be filed within one week from today, failing which the

application shall stand rejected without further reference to

Bench.

During the pendency of this application, further

proceedings in Complaint Case no. 228 ( C ) of 2009 pending

in the court of Sri Ajay Kumar Srivastava, Judicial

Magistrate, first class, Patna, shall remain stayed.
