Sub: Explanation/reply regarding C.W.P.No.9681/1999

Sir,

With due respect it is submitted that during summer vacations

i.e. June 2008, on verbal direction, I alongwith Smt.Seema Ahuja, Private

Secretary, Ms.Neenu, Judgment Writer, put on duty in the Court of Hon’ble

Mr.Justice K.S.Ahluwalia, for uploading the status of disposed of cases.

Reader of the said Court Mr.Gajraj Sharma, after opening his computer

himself, told me the status of the case and I merely typed the same. I typed

only what Mr.Gajraj Sharma, Reader, told me to type. So, there is no fault

on my part. It is therefore, requested that explanation sought for from me

may kindly be dropped.

Thanking you,

Yours faithfully,
