                            J U D G M E N T

Heard the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner.

2. In this writ petition, challenge is against Ext.P3 seniority

list published by the respondent Corporation on 10/10/2008.

3. During the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent

Corporation has published Ext.P12 seniority list dated 25/06/2010

assigning seniority at serial No.17 to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petitioner does not seek any further

relief in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
