C.M.Application No.871/08 : There is a delay of 1112 days in filing

the appeal. This is an appeal filed by the State aggrieved by the

fixation of land value by the reference court, viz., Sub Court,

Kollam. The acquisition is for the purpose of Indian Oil

Corporation. It is not in dispute that connected matters have

already been dismissed by this court. Therefore, there is no

reason to condone the delay. The delay petition and the appeal

are dismissed.
