Issue notice to respondent no.2.
Apart from normal mode of service, applicants shall take steps for
service of notice on the respondent by registered post within 10
days. Office shall issue notice returnable within four weeks.
List for admission after the service of notice on the respondent.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the effect and operation
of the impugned order dated 1st May, 2010 pending before 1st
Additional Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Saharanpur in Original
Suit No.57 of 1999 shall remain stayed. However, it is made clear
that the pendency of this revision and the order passed herein shall
not be treated as stay and the proceedings of the suit may go on.
