It
has been stated by the learned AGP, upon instructions received from
Mr.Vijay M.Mehta, Executive Engineer that, after re-calculation, the
amount of Rs.9,60,722/- is to be paid and proposal has been forwarded
to the Finance Department and she stated that the sanction from the
Finance Department may take some time. Under the circumstances, it is
directed that the necessary sanction shall be obtained and the
payment shall be made on or before 09.05.2011. S.O to 10.05.2011.
