J U D G M E N T
Petitioner, who has completed her Engineering
BAMS Course from a college affiliated to the University of
Calicut, had written the Third Professional Examination
held in June, 2008. Apparently, dissatisfied by the marks
obtained in one paper Shalakya Thantra (first and second
paper in the Third Profession), she had applied for
revaluation. She is aggrieved that the result of the
revaluation has not been published so far.
2. I heard learned standing counsel for the
University also. There is no justification for the delay in
the publication of results of revaluation in respect of the
Examination held in June, 2008.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of
directing the 1st respondent to publish the results of the
revaluation sought for by the petitioner in relation to the

Third Professional Examination held in June, 2008, as
early as possible, at any rate, within a period of two
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment
provided the application for revaluation is in order and
otherwise correct.
