	Writ petition came to be numbered by transfer of O.A.No.9841 of 1998 on the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to call for the records of the 2nd Respondent pertaining to his order made in D.O.No.680/98 Na.Ka.No.N2/2447/97 dated 04.05.1998 confirming deserted order made in D.O.No.530/98, Na.Ka.No.N2/2447/97 dated 27.03.1998 and set aside the same and direct the 2nd Respondent to reinstate the Applicant in service immediately with monetary benefits of salary from the date of the impugned order dated 04.05.1998.
