By means of this petition, the petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the
nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 17.7.2010, passed
by Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow and order dated 17.5.2010,
passed by District Magistrate, Sitapur.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA and perused the record
of the case.

Notice on behalf of opposite parties has been accepted by learned AGA ,
who seeks time to file counter affidavit within fifteen days. List immediately
thereafter.

In the meantime, record be summoned.
