Since prima facie offence is disclosed for which applicants have been
summoned, I am not inclined to interfere and quash the prosecution of
Complaint Case No. 185 of 2008, under Sections 147, 392, 452, 504 I.P.C.,
P.S. Khergarh, District Firozabad.

This criminal misc. application is dismissed.
