By means of present writ petition the relief, which is claimed by the petitioner
is to the effect that the respondents may be directed to issue admit card and
for permission to appear in the C.P.M.T. Examination, 1991. Due to lapse of
time the relief as claimed by learned counsel for the petitioner in the present
writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous due to lapse of time.
