The Secretary of the Commission shall produce the original application of Dr.
Shanker Mani Tripathi made in respect of advertisement no.1 of 2002 and
shall also disclose the select panel prepared qua the post of Principal in (a)
Janta Inter College, Basti (b) D.A.V. Inter College, Gorakhpur and (c)
Mahaveer Prasad Lakhan Lal Adarsh Intermediate College, Faizabad.
He will also disclose as to whether in respect of different region, separate
applications are required to be filed, if so, all three applications of Dr.
Shanker Mani Tripathi shall be produced in original before this Court. The
application made by Dr. Shanker Mani Tripathi in response to advertisement
no.1 of 1999 in pursuant thereto he has been selected for the post of Principal
in Kishan Inter College shall also be produced.
Petitioner is at liberty to file an affidavit disclosing the various region for
which he had applied for the post of Principal in response to the advertisement
no.1 of 1999 and 1 of 2002.
