Accepted position is that order of promotion has been passed and
petitioner has been accorded placement at Government Girls Inter
College, Bagwar, District Azamgarh. Petitioner has stated before this
Court that till date she has not joined the new placement and till date
her promotion has not been cancelled, as has been done in the case
of Smt. Sudha Srivastava.
Once petitioner has stated that her promotion has not been cancelled,
then in case petitioner joins the new place of her posting within ten
days from today, then her grievances, as raised by her in her
representation dated 24.06.2010 annexed as Annexure-6 to the writ
petition, shall be redressed by Additional Director (Secondary),
Appointment Section, Anubhag-II, U.P. Allahabad by means of a
reasoned and speaking order, within next two weeks, and the outcome
of the same be communicated to the petitioner.
Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
