impugned order be dispensed with.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for

the offences under Sections 25(1-B) A and 35 of the Arms

Act.

The petitioner was refused bail on merits by

order dated 22.03.2010 vide Cr. Misc. No. 1660 of 2010

and I see no reason to review the said order. The prayer for

bail is once again rejected.
