Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted a week’s
time to deposit the amount as required by the order dated 22nd
December, 2009.

In case such a deposit is made, learned counsel for the respondents
shall produce the answer books of the petitioner, as directed by the
order dated 22nd December, 2009 on 1st February, 2010.
