Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing
counsel.
It is contended that the impugned order of suspension has been
passed on absolutely vague and irrelevant grounds. Primafacie
from a bare perusal of the same there appears to be force in the
submissions and the matter requires scrutiny.
Learned standing counsel representing respondent no.1 may file
counter affidavit within four weeks. Issue notice to respondent
no.2, who may also file counter affidavit. Petitioner shall take
steps for service of notice by registered post within 10 days. Office
shall issue notice returnable within 8 weeks. List after service on
respondent no.2.
Considering the facts and circumstance, until further orders of this
court, the effect and operation of the suspension order dated
8.5.2010, passed by respondent no.2, shall remain stayed.
