Since the counsel for the petitioners is unable to apprise

this court about the development in Chpara Town P.S. case no.210

of 2009 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Saran, in

which cognizance was taken on 12.10.2006, I am not inclined to

entertain the application.

The application stands dismissed.
