opposite parties raises a preliminary objection regarding the

maintainability of this revision application in view of the

decision reported in AIR 2010 (2) PLJR 654. The learned

counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to rely

upon some decision of the Apex Court in this regard and

prays for adjournment.

Put up this matter for orders on the question of

maintainability of this revision application on 22nd July, 2011.
