Nobody appears on behalf of appellant.

This appeal is directed against the decree passed in
partition suit. Since appeal stood rejected against respondent nos.
1,4,5,and 9 to 11 for for non-compliance of order dated 13.05.2010,
hence whole appeal has become incompetent and accordingly same is
dismissed.
