 ORAL ORDER

The present civil application has been filed by
the original petitioner with a request to put the main
matter for final hearing.

I have heard the learned advocate Mr.K.G.Pandit
on behalf of the original petitioner and Mr.D.J.Bhatt on
behalf of Respondent No.1. Mr.Bhatt has no objection if
the main matter is fixed for final hearing. In view of
this submission the main matter i.e. Spl.C.A. No.1171
of 1992 is fixed for final hearing on 14th February,
2002. Office is directed to notify the main matter i.e.
Spl.C.A. No.1171 of 1992 on 14th February, 2002.

In light of the above observation and direction
the present Civil Application is disposed of.
