By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 20.11.2007
passed by Consolidation Officer. The petitioner has alternative remedy of
appeal before Settlement Officer of Consolidation and thereafter revision
before revisional court Deputy Director of Consolidation. As such this
petition is dismissed on account of availability of alternative remedy.
