This is correction application no.9729 of 2010.
After perusing the record the learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to
correct Special Sessions Trial No. 40 of 2006 at the place of Sessions Trial
No. 39 of 2006.

Accordingly the order dated 5.1.2010 is also corrected by mentioning Special
Sessions Trial no. 40 of 2006 at the place of Special Sessions Trial No. 39 of
2006.

Accordingly the correction application is allowed.
