                               JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P4 judgment

passed by Appellate Authority(Land Reforms) in A.A.20 of 2003.

Under Ext.P4 judgment, Appellate Authority confirmed the

order of the Land Tribunal and dismissed the appeal. Section

103 of Kerala Land Reforms Act provides for a revision against

the final order passed in an appeal against the order of Land

Tribunal, before High Court. Therefore remedy of the petitioner

is to file a revision as provided under Section 103(1) of Kerala

Land Reforms Act.

Writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
