1. In this matter, the learned counsel for the applicant has filed this correction
application no.71410 of 2010 to correct the order dated 13.7.2010.

2. In 5th paragraph of the order dated 13.7.2010, in the 2nd line, in place of
the words ‘U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act’, the
words ‘Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act ‘ may be read.

4. The order dated 13.7.2010 stands modified accordingly.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the correction application is allowed.
