1. The appellant did no avail of the opportunity of personal hearing on
18/07/2008. The appeal is therefore examined on merit.
2. The appellant has sought for information relating to Arbitration which
pertains to a dispute between the parties. The CPIO has furnished the
information asked for with which the appellant is not satisfied. Hence, this appeal
before the Commission.
Decision:
3. Since the CPIO has furnished the information asked for and that he has
nor refused to provide any information, the appellant is free to seek inspection of
relevant documents so as to specify the required information. Both the parties
