counsel for M/s Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. and its

authorities as well as learned counsel for the State of Bihar and

its authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to file

documents of his title along with a supplementary affidavit by

03.01.2011. Accordingly, this case is passed over for the day.

Till further orders the Collector, Saharsa shall not

issue No Objection Certificate pertaining to the land in

question to anyone and no dealership of petrol pump over the

said land shall be awarded by the respondent Corporation.
