4/ 06.09.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

counsel for the State.

Looted mobile is seized from petitioner’s shop is

doubted its used by co-accused Rehana Begum and non-presence of

this petitioner at the time of seizure of mobile nor his signature on

seizure list. No doubt, the SIM existing in name of Rehana Begum

but Police reached petitioner’s shop on her discloser only. None

presence of petitioner at the time of seizure if effects the seizure is

not the stage to consider the anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
