                               JUDGMENT

Petitioner approached this court with certain grievances

regarding promotion given to respondents 4 and 5 and promotion

denied to him. The promotion is from scale I to scale II. The

assessment is based on written test and interview with 100 marks

each. It is seen from the counter affidavit that the petitioner though

succeeded in the written test, failed in the interview. The year of

selection pertains to 2002-03. Thereafter other lists were operated.

Therefore, at this distance of time practically nothing survives in this

writ petition. The writ petition is hence dismissed.
