relevant records relating to Rent Fixation Case No. 25 of 1997-98 has

since been traced out and that the Department would be providing the

petitioner with the certified copy of the same within one week.

Learned counsel for the State is directed to produce the

certified copy of the said order before this Court on the next date fixed.
