Shri Rajesh Kumar, learned Brief Holder informs the Court that Shri Dinesh
Singh member of the Board of Revenue is looking after the cases arising out
of District Moradabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said member is not
holding the Court and today is the date fixed in the case.

The learned counsel for the parties may obtain the instructions as to whether
today Shri Dinesh Singh has held the Court or not.
