Heard.

On the facts and circumstances of the case, the order of dismissal
is recalled and the main matter shall be restored to file on
condition that the applicant will deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/-
(Rupees Ten thousand only) with Gujarat High Court Legal Aid
Committee, within a week from today. The matter may be placed for
hearing on 15.11.2010, only if the amount as aforesaid is deposited.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
