Petitioner restricts his prayer that his representation dated 10.6.2010 contained
in annexure-7 to the writ petition may be directed to be decided.

Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is
disposed of finally with a direction to the opposite party No.2-District
Magistrate, Sultanpur to decide the above representation of the petitioner
expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date a
certified copy of this order is placed before him by passing a speaking and
reasoned order.
