                        J U D G M E N T

The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondents

to consider Ext.P2 application made by her for transfer from

Dr.Padiyar Memorial Homeopathic Medical College to

Government Homeopathic Medical College, Calicut. The

learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd and

3rd respondents submits that there are several claims for

transfer to Calicut. According to the learned counsel, on

receipt of the request from candidates, a ranklist will be

prepared based on the ranking as obtained by them in the

admission process, subject to the limit that is prescribed by

the Homeopathic Council. Learned counsel also submits

that once the list is prepared, the same will be published by

the University and on that basis, requests for transfer will be

entertained.

2. From the above, I am satisfied that the method

adopted by the University is fair and reasonable. The

respondents shall do as stated by them and complete the

process without delay.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
