Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the
State.

The instant petition is directed against order dated 28.8.2009
passed by IInd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur and
order dated 26.11.2009 passed by Sessions Judge, Mirzapur.

I have perused the orders impugned. No good ground for
interference is made out. The instant petition lacks merit and is,
accordingly, dismissed.
