1. Rule.

Mr.Desai, Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents,
waives service of rule.

2. The
convict prisoner has sent this application through jail authority to
regularise four days of late surrender, for the reason stated in the
application. Since we do not think it fit to regularise four days of
late surrender, this application is rejected. Rule is discharged.
