                              JUDGMENT

Petitioners are aggrieved by Ext.P7 issued on 3.8.2009,

requiring them to close down the business on ground that the

building in which it runs is not numbered. According to the

petitioners, the municipal authority is not numbering the

building. This is a matter that can be adjudicated before the

Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions which is the

competent statutory authority. Hence, without expressing

anything on merits, this writ petition is dismissed.
