2. 1.12.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner

and the State.

In the nature of the order, and considering

the submissions from the show cause stated to have

been filed on 16.9.2010 by the Opposite Parties, this

Court is not persuaded to proceed further in the

contempt proceeding as on the own showing of the

respondents they are processing matters in

accordance with law. The Court only expects them

to act expeditiously.

The proceeding stands disposed.
