Learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that for the company in question – M/s. Pooja
Granites & Marbles Ltd., winding up order has been
passed in company petition no.11/1998 on 1.2.2006.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioner that since the winding up order has
already been passed in company petition no.11/1998
on 1.2.2006, therefore, this company petition
no.2/1998 may be disposed with liberty to the
petitioner to lodge its claims before the Official
Liquidator appointed in company petition
no.11/1998.

is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to
