Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation/complaint dated 1.12.2010.
2. Mr.V.Bharathidasan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation/complaint dated 1.12.2010.
4. On going through the representation/complaint dated 1.12.2010, this Court is unable to accept the plea for a direction as sought for as the representation/complaint is bereft of details. The name and address of the person, who has obtained planning permit by playing fraud on the authority is not stated in the representation/ complaint and the nature of fraud committed is also not stated.
5. Since the name and address of the person is not found in the representation/complaint, it will not be possible for the respondent to consider the complaint effectively. Hence, this Court is not inclined to accept the plea of the petitioner to consider the incomplete and vague representation/complaint. The petitioner, however, is given liberty to submit a fresh representation with all relevant particulars to the respondent. On receipt of such representation, the respondent shall consider and dispose of the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
6. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
