1. Both the parties were heard on 7/9/2010.
2. The details of information asked for and the responses of the CPIO and
the Appellate Authority were discussed. The appellant pleaded for providing a
copy of the list of registered customers in respect of the dealers identified in his
RTI application. He also pleaded for providing copy of identity cards of the
delivery men, who are engaged by the dealers in question. The appellant’s plea
was acceptable to the CPIO.
Decision:
3. As agreed, the CPIO should provide copy of the list of registered
customers on a CD and copy of identity cards of delivery men in respect of all the
three dealers identified by the appellant. The information should be furnished
within 15 working days from the date of receipt of this decision.
4. With these observations, the appeal is disposed of.
