The only relief prayed for in the present writ petition is qua
early disposal of the Revision which is said to be pending
before the Board of Revenue being Revision No. 09 of 2006-

Without entering into the maintainability or on merits thereon,
this Court request the Board of Revenue to consider and
decide the Revision at the earliest possible, without granting
any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
Writ petition is disposed of.
