Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. and have perused the
material on record.

Since prima facie office is disclosed, I am not inclined to interfere and quash
the proceedings of complaint case no. 1013/2009 (Raj Kumar Chero Vs. Raj
Kumar Dubey and others), under Sections 323, 379, 504 I.P.C., P.S. Cone,
District Sonbhadra pending before J.M. Duddi, Sonbhadra.
This application is dismissed with a direction that the bail prayer of the
applicants in the aforesaid crime be considered expeditiously, if possible on
the same day.
