Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel
appearing for the respondents.
The limited grievance raised by the petitioners in the present writ petition is
that they have already sent their applications for Special B.T.C. Course of
2008 on 16.02.2009. The last date of submission of Form was 20th February
2009. Petitioners were under the impression that the applications sent by them
should have reached the relevant authority i.e. respondent No.2. It was on
13th January 2010, petitioners came to know that their applications are not
being considered on the ground that it had reached beyond the period
prescribed for making the application.
In such circumstances, petitioners are being given an opportunity to approach
respondent No.2 by making a representation annexing all the relevant
documents within a week, and if such representation is filed the claim of the
petitioners be considered that whether the applications sent by them were
within time or not. A specific order to this effect be passed within one month
from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
No order as to costs.
