                             JUDGMENT

By Ext.P3, 2nd respondent passed orders in O.P.73/2007

and 74/2007 disqualifying the petitioner. The order in

O.P.73/2007 was challenged by the petitioner in W.P.(C).

7411/2010. By judgment dated 9.3.2010, this Court had

dismissed the writ petition. In view of the said judgment, this

writ petition is only to be dismissed and I do so.
