Facts

:­ 

1. Following   directions   of   the   Commission   given 
through   Commission’s   order   of   even   number   dated   15 
September   2011,   appellant   has   submitted   complaint 
dated   20   October   2011   against   non­compliance   of   the 
above order by the respondent. Accordingly matter was 
heard today. Both parties as above present in person 
and made submissions.

2. Having   heard   both   parties,   Commission   directs 
respondent   to   provide   specific   and   precise 
information   to   the   appellant   as   per   the   first   three 
points   of   para­seven   of   the   Commission’s   order. 
Information   will   be   provided   on   the   basis   of   rent 
record   held   by   the   respondent.   Appellant   has 
requested that the information to be furnished to him 
by Thursday, 17 November 2011 to which the respondent 
has agreed. 

3. Action   to   be   completed   as   per   the   above 
timeframe.
