04. 03.8.2011 In view of the supplementary show cause and the

order No.998 dated 28.7.2011 passed by the Sub Divisional

Officer, Nimchak Bathani, Gaya, the earlier direction of the

Court has now been complied.

In view of the same the contempt application stands

dismissed.

The Sub Divisional Officer would be well advised to

be more cautious in future with regard to such judicial orders.

His personal appearance is dispensed with.
