petitioner has submitted that the direction of this Court

dated 14.12.2009 passed in CWJC No.12118 of 2009 has

duly been complied. Authority slip has been issued by the

Opposite party in the light of resolution no. 11556 dated

22.12.1999 of the Finance Department in favour of the

petitioner. Only payment is to be made by the Treasury

Officer, Patna.

Considering this fact, the present proceeding is

dropped.
